The Dubai Metro Blue Line has reached 10% completion, with more than 3,000 workers across 12 sites, the Roads and Transport Authority said. The project, part of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, will add 30 kilometres to the network and link fast-growing areas such as Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Creek Harbour. | The National
